By using the Dominate Visibility App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Analysis is based on technical, structural, content and visibility signals available at the time of assessment
• Outputs are provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only
• Results do not constitute professional, legal or guaranteed advice

We do not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Inclusion in AI-generated answers or platforms
• Traffic growth, leads, or revenue outcomes

You remain solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any insights or recommendations.

4. Account Registration and Access
